CBSW Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a building and property maintenance contractor based at 139 Poole Lane, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH11 9DZ, covering Dorset, Bournemouth and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all quotations, estimates and work carried out by CBSW Solutions Ltd for our clients.
We offer free, no-obligation quotations following a site visit, typically provided within 1–2 days. Quoted prices are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the visit. Should the scope of work change once a job is underway, we will discuss and agree any revised pricing with you before proceeding.
Minimum job value and pricing per square metre/square foot vary depending on the type of work — this will be set out clearly in your individual quotation.
A deposit of 15% of the total job value is required to secure a booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due on receipt of invoice upon completion of the work, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in advance.
We accept payment by bank transfer, card, and cash.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job, please give us as much notice as possible. Deposits may not be refundable where materials have already been ordered or work has been scheduled in a way that prevented us from taking on other work in that slot — this will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
Where applicable, our work is covered by the relevant manufacturer's guarantee. Details of the specific guarantee applicable to your job will be provided as part of your quotation or on completion of the work.
CBSW Solutions Ltd holds public liability insurance cover of £5,000,000. This covers our work in line with standard industry practice. Our liability is limited to matters directly arising from our own negligence in carrying out the agreed work.
To help us complete your job safely and efficiently, we ask that you provide clear access to the work area, inform us of any relevant site hazards in advance, and ensure any necessary permissions (e.g. from a landlord, freeholder, or local authority) are in place before work begins, where applicable.
